The company was founded in 2005 on the principle that the client is the number one stakeholder in any project. It is our belief that a project can be profitable while still providing a 100% client satisfaction rating by ensuring that the needs of the client are the priority. Initially started as a civil engineering and consulting firm, SWP Contracting and Paving evolved from a specialty stormwater contractor, and now a renewed focus as a general contractor.
SWP specializes in general contracting, new pavement preservation and maintenance, underground construction, earthwork and excavating, demolition, major and minor concrete work and bridge repair and construction. We regularly perform work with alternate delivery methods such as JOC, CMAR and Design-Build with municipal and federal clients.
