City of El Mirage – JOC for Asphalt, Concrete, and Grading
SWP provided asphalt, concrete, and construction services. SWP held preconstruction meetings as necessary, discussed work to be performed with city representative, and scheduled work (with proper size crew and equipment needed). Work included removing curb, gutter, and sidewalk/slab. New curb, gutter, and sidewalk/slab was constructed. Milling and grading. Adjust the manhole frame and cover in A.C. pavement.
Furnish all labor, material, equipment, and tools of the trade on a job order basis for maintenance, repair, and minor construction projects. Work shall include but is not limited to:
- Remove, replace, and construct concrete sidewalks, curb & gutter, and other concrete structures.
- Patch, repair, and install bituminous concrete (asphalt) and base.
- Other work related to streets, grounds, and ROW.
