CLIN 0001: Seal Coat East Parking Lot: SWP provided all labor, equipment, material, and supervision necessary to perform crack sealing and application of an asphalt emulsion seal coat to the existing asphalt pavement of the East Parking Lot.
The work included:
- Design
- Testing
- Quality control for the proper application of an asphalt seal coat product and all materials
- Equipment
- Workmanship required for the application of an asphalt seal coat to the existing asphalt pavement.
CLIN 0002: Mill and Pave Vehicle Ops Parking Lot: SWP provided all labor, equipment, material, and supervision necessary to pulverize and construct asphalt pavement over the Vehicle Ops Parking Lot.
The work included:
- Design
- Testing
- Quality control for the proper pulverization and construction of asphalt pavement and all materials
- Equipment
- Workmanship required for the application of milling and construction of the existing asphalt pavement.
