Scope of Work:

• Demolition
• Removals and site work which included six concrete islands,
  • APS transformed pad
  • existing asphalt pavement and curbing.
  • Utilities were abandoned as needed
• Regraded site and import fill as needed to meet earthwork balance requirements.
• SWP also completed all of the parking lot construction which included 3” of asphalt on 8” of aggregate base course, striping, valve adjustments, and riprap placement.
