SWP was contracted to do the horizontal portion of this commercial complex. The work included:

• Remove AC Paving
• Remove Curb & Gutter
• Scarify 12” & Re-compact
• Over-excavation and re-compact below footings
• Import and place 12” building pad soils
• Fine grade the site to +/-0.10”
• SWPPP
• Best Management Practices
• Grade for new Curb & Gutter
• Pave 3” asphalt concrete of 6” ABC
• Adjust manholes to new AC grade
• Adjust valve boxes to new AC grade
• All signage
• All striping
• Dust Control Plan
