FHWA, Muleshoe Wildlife Refuge Auto Tour Route Improvements

Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge (Texas): Prime Contractor $748,980.30

The USDOT, Central Federal Lands Highway Division of the Federal Highway Administration contracted with SWP on a 4.5 miles AB roadway project at the Muleshoe National Wildlife Refuge in Muleshoe, TX.

Major project activities included:

• Aggregate surface course
• Culvert replacements
• Placement of riprap
• Minor grading of various routes throughout the refuge.
