PROJECT: CA NPS PP 2016(9) Pavement Preservation Northern California, Siskiyou, Shasta and Humboldt Counties, California

LOCATION: Lava Beds National Monument is located approximately 110 miles east of Yreka, CA. Whiskeytown National Recreation Area is located approximately 8 miles west of Redding, CA. Redwood National Park is located approximately 40 miles north of Arcata, CA

WORK: The work consists of 46.09-mile project will preserve parking areas and approach roads with the application of micro-surfacing and chip seal on selected routes within Lava Beds National Monument, Redwoods National Park and Whiskeytown National Recreation Area. Construction will include crack sealing, patching, and pavement marking and other small items of work.
