Scope of Work:
- Demolition
- Removals and site work which included six concrete islands,
- APS transformed pad
- existing asphalt pavement and curbing.
- Utilities were abandoned as needed
- Regraded site and import fill as needed to meet earthwork balance requirements.
- SWP also completed all of the parking lot construction which included 3” of asphalt on 8” of aggregate base course, striping, valve adjustments, and riprap placement.
