SWP was contracted to do the horizontal portion of this commercial complex. The work included:
- Remove AC Paving
- Remove Curb & Gutter
- Scarify 12” & Re-compact
- Over excavation and re-compact below footings
- Import and place 12” building pad soils
- Fine grade the site to +/-0.10”
- SWPPP
- Best Management Practices
- Grade for new Curb & Gutter
- Pave 3” asphalt concrete of 6” ABC
- Adjust manholes to new AC grade
- Adjust valve boxes to new AC grade
- All signage
- All striping
- Dust Control Plan
